Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday. In most cases, your order will ship out the same day if it is received prior to shipping cutoff.

We have a 30 days return policy for all unused collars and leashes. We understand that you may need to test fit your collar to ensure proper fitment, which is completely fine. However, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on collars and leashes used beyond test fitting. Please reference our return policy for additional details.

We have included a sizing guide on each collar product page that clearly lays out the usable size range for each collar. We recommend adhering to those dimensions to ensure proper fitment. We have consciously built in some overlap between sizes to help avoid any fit concerns. If you currently have a collar, it may be easiest to use a soft tape measure to take dimensions prior to ordering.

The Armis collar features our RES.2 resilient restraint system which includes two adjustable slides responsible for locking in proper sizing. The slide along the back of the collar can be easily moved to provide tension or slack in the collar. The slide nearest the buckle is then needing to be adjusted to secure the final length and ensure zero slippage.

We are working to offer ID tags that match our logo brass tag that is present on all Armis collars. If you are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly as we work through adding this to our product offering.

We are always looking to evolve and provide products for those with interest. We understand that 1" thick webbing might not complement some of the larger breeds with bigger necks. We are currently testing a 1.5" variation of our Armis collar, however, a timeframe for release is not currently known.

While the Armis collar is robust, we always recommend a harness with heavier and harder pulling breeds. We are currently testing various different harness iterations and plan to have one available in the near future.

The 5 colors currently available on the site are part of our core collection. We are always creating and testing new limited colors to determine what best complements ExBESTIA. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when limited colors are available.
